They say the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. So too does the journey of living an authentic life, but what does an "Authentic Life" mean? And how do we even begin to go about attaining it for ourselves?

Well, it means living your HIGHEST TRUTH. It means facing the very fears and beliefs that serve only to keep you small and powerless. It means stepping outside of your boundaries of comfort into the realm of the "unknown". It means letting go of who and what you THINK you are. It means listening to the quietest whispers of your Soul.

• Trust that you will be provided for on your journey
• Really know that you have something valuable and important to share
• Believe in YOURSELF as much as Spirit believes in you

Breathe deeply and allow yourself to listen to the one guiding force that will take you to the TRUTH of your Being. Each of us has come equipped to embark on this incredible journey, it is what we are really here for after all. You need only to follow the inner compass that is connected to the Divine. Simply stated, you need only to...  FOLLOW YOUR HEART.
